The name comes from the famous song “Waltzing Matilda” (which doesn't mean a dancing girl named Matilda). All of the artwork in this suite is original. The reclaimed wood that adorns the fireplace, range hood and twin bedroom was saved from the home that was demolished to build this beautiful building. The bar has a pure copper countertop! This suite was also featured on the Utah Valley Parade of Homes!

Lots of beds give this suite a high kid-friendly rating. The bedroom and living room are separated by a hall which makes it ideal for sleeping babies in the bedroom while family is in the living room. Please be careful with children accessing the loft ladder.

All suites are self check-in. You will receive a code prior to check in that will give you access to your suite. Check in is 6:00PM, check out is 11:00AM. Early check-in can be arranged.
You will see a fireplace pictured. Please note that it is deactivated from March-December. As they are temperamental and often abused, we do not advertise fireplaces as an amenity and it can take us several days to get a technician to come fix them if they are not working. To this end, we do not encourage their use or guarantee their availability.
There is a dedicated furnace and air conditioner with Nest thermostat in your suite.
We've found the problem is usually that the windows aren't closed or locked. Locking the windows properly will cut down 95% of the street noise.
This suite is on the 3rd floor. There are 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. Once in the suite there are no stairs. There is a walk-in shower in the master bedroom.
On site parking for 2 cars in our lot. Plenty of free and safe street parking. Large vehicles may find our small parking lot difficult to navigate. Please plan to park on the street. No trailers in parking lot.

Yes, this suite has a suite above it. We take noise complaints very seriously so if something is disrupting you, please reach out. For those extremely sensitive to sound, we recommend that you select a top floor suite in either of our buildings. Reach out to us if you'd like help with that suite selection.

Kids LOVE the built in playhouse and the secret passage to mom and dad's room (don't worry, there is a little latch for privacy).
We love our mountains here. From the west windows you have views of Y Mountain and Provo Peak.
We reclaimed wood from the previous home that was demolished before we built here.
Absolutely no smoking, hookah or vaping anywhere on the property. A $900 fine and immediate eviction will occur. Please do not try to sneak and use e-cigarettes, vaporizers or hookahs. We can tell. excessive air freshener use will not cover a smell and will result in a deep cleaning charge. If you smoke, please do so across the street.
Be respectful of other guests in the Manor by adhering to our quiet hours between 10:00PM TO 8:00AM. Failure to keep quiet hours may result in eviction. If your neighbors are being excessively disruptive, please let us know so we can help you.
Sorry, to respect our guests with allergies, we do not allow animals of any kind on our premises. Failure to comply will result in immediate reservation cancellation with no refund and a $300 fine. If you need to house your pet while visiting Provo, we highly recommend Rover.com
